Refund Policy

Kaizoi is early access, and we don't have a formal refund process set up yet. We think this is fair because you always get to try every feature — resume upload, question generation, Coding Prep, and mock interviews — free, twice each, before paying anything.

That said, if something is genuinely broken, doesn't work as described, or you were charged in error, email kaizoimedia@gmail.com with your payment ID and what happened, and we'll sort it out directly.
