What we collect

When you use Kaizoi, we collect the resume you upload, the job description you paste or link, your account details (name and email, via sign-in), and your answers during mock interviews so we can generate questions, feedback, and a roadmap for you.

How we use it

Your resume and job description are used only to personalize your interview questions, feedback, and prep roadmap. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processing

We use trusted infrastructure providers to run Kaizoi — including authentication and hosting, an AI provider to generate questions and feedback, and a payment processor to handle Pro subscription charges. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your resume, JD, and interview history so you can come back and continue preparing. If you'd like your data deleted, email kaizoimedia@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
